The central motif of this elegant door knocker is a sunflower with recurring leaf designs in a classical style all around. Both the rapper and the back plate are highly decorated with intricate flower and leaf scrollwork. A traditional door knocker which has been recast from an original antique 'Kenrick' pattern. This is a good and heavy piece of door furniture that will make an elegant impression on your front door. Perfect for a traditional home or period restoration. Made of cast iron with a black paint finish. Dimensions: 240mm high by 80 mm wide and stands out 60mm from the door (9.5" x 3.2" x 2.4"). Two fixing bolts are included which go through the door and screw into the rear of the knocker. The fixing holes are spaced 178mm (7") apart (centre to centre).
